If you planned on attending the NENA/APCO Conference in Virginia Beach this year, and have secured a room at the Sheraton Virginia Beach Hotel, please contact our Hotel Czar Sheila Ragan if you have to cancel your reservation for your room. Please do not cancel through the hotel as we will have individuals on the waiting list to book at the host hotel. Information regarding the overflow hotels can be found on the Conference web page.

The Conference Committee for the 2014 Virginia NENA/APCO Annual Spring Conference has issued a call for presentations for the conference being held May 14 – 16, 2014, at the Sheraton Virginia Beach Oceanfront Hotel. Interested presenters are encouraged to complete the attached Call for Presentations Form and return it to Richard Troshak at TroshakR@Chesterfield.Gov. The Chapter's Annual Meeting will be held on the morning of Friday May 16th. Election for open offices will be held during the meeting.
We are now accepting nominations for the Virginia Chapter of NENA’s offices of:
Article III of the Virginia NENA Bylaws sets out the offices for the chapter and how elections are conducted. Bylaws can be found on the Chapter Bylaws page.
Nominations need to be submitted to me no later than March 28, 2014.
